Description
COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE is a medium strength surfactant which most often does not irritate skin or mucous membranes. That said, some studies indicate it is an allergen. It also has antiseptic properties, making it suitable for personal sanitary products. It is compatible with other cationic, anionic, and nonionic surfactants.

Applications
Widely used in senior shampoo, bath liquid, hand sanitizer, foam cleansing agent and home detergent preparation; is the preparation of mild baby shampoo, baby Children's foam bath, the main component of baby skin care products; hair care and skin care formulations is an excellent soft conditioner; also be used as detergents, wetting agents, thickeners, antistatic agents and fungicides.
